Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Dispatch occurs at 5:00 pm.

• Orders placed before 3:00 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are processed on the next working day.

• All dispatch times are estimates only. Match Fuel LTD will not be liable for delays outside of our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, customs checks, or peak seasonal demand).

Delivery Services (UK)

• UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. “Tracked 48” refers to 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) and does not include weekends or public holidays. For example, an order placed on a Friday may arrive on the following Monday or Tuesday.

• Title and risk of goods pass to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you request delivery to a safe place or third party, responsibility passes once the courier confirms delivery.

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are obliged to deliver goods within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If this timeframe is not met, you may be entitled to a full refund.

Subscription Orders and Address Changes

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate and current.

• Address changes for subscription orders must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled dispatch.

• Where changes are not provided in time, Match Fuel LTD will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address.

International Orders

• International delivery is available to selected countries. Delivery times vary and cannot be guaranteed.

• Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are sent without tracking.

• Customers are liable for all import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees. These are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

• If customs charges are not paid and the order is returned to us, we will refund the product cost only, less any return shipping or handling fees incurred.

• Match Fuel LTD is not liable for international delays caused by customs clearance, local courier issues, or force majeure events.

Liability

• We are not responsible for:Delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.Additional costs from customs clearance, taxes, or duties.Deliveries made to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.Missed deliveries where the courier attempted delivery but the recipient was unavailable.
